Enbärsgravad lax

1 kg laxfilé, mittbiten med skinnet kvar
1 dl salt
1,5 dl socker
En knippa dill, hackad
20 krossade vitpepparkorn

2 msk enbär, krossade
6 cl gin (kan uteslutas)

Blanda kryddor och gin. Gnid in köttsidan på laxen. Lägg i en form.
Täck med plast och ställ kallt. Vänd några gånger under gravningstiden som bör vara 2 dygn.

Frys i ett dygn innan eller efter gravningen.
